Manage day-to-day operations of the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging. Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to implement website updates, enhancements and new features. Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Manage and Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, responding appropriately and directing inquiries as needed.

Salesforce Leads Specialist

Manage and maintain lead data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.  Qualify and segment leads based on predefined criteria to enhance targeting and conversion rates. Generate reports and dashboards to track lead performance and conversion metrics.
